Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Cross Country team who got 1st Place today in their CIF Prelims heat.
They earned a spot at next Saturday’s CIF Southern Section Finals.
Congrats also to Nico Pence who ran as an Individual in Prelims and placed 11th overall in his heat.
By finishing in the top 15, he secured a place in next Saturday’s Finals.
The Road to State…
- The first seven (7) teams in girls division 3 will automatically qualify for the State Championships in Fresno (Woodward Park) on November 30, 2019.
- A maximum of five (5) individual finishers who are not members of qualifying teams and who finish in the first twenty (20) places in their respective divisions, will advance to the State Championships.
