WHAT YOUR ATHLETE SHOULD BRING TO THE RACE
1. Wear the uniform
2. Water
3. Light snacks
4. Warm-up shoes / Running shoes
5. Road Racing flats (if you have them)
6. It can be cool in the evening, so pack a light jacket and light pants
BUS
The bus leaves CDM at 1:00 pm Friday afternoon from the Bus Turnaround.
The bus turnaround is on Mar Vista Dr. behind the 300 building (see image below)
The bus will return to school after the last race.
PARKING
$20 Cash only
RACE SCHEDULE (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
**If you do not take the bus, athletes must be at the team tent 90 minutes before your race time.
The Coaches will let the athletes know which race they will compete in.

SHOE TAGS
We will have SHOE TAGS at this race. Shoe tags are laced into your shoe laces and function as the timing mechanism.
The team is charged $15 for each shoe tag not returned the day of the race.
Parents, please help by reminding the athletes to return their shoe tags back to our team’s check-in table before their cool-down run. Your help with shoe tags is greatly appreciated!

AWARDS
Top 2 teams and top 40 individuals. “All County” awards to the top 7 in each grade. Perpetual trophy, plaques, and patches to the team county champions.
